1 General Provisions and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between bd888 and its users. The following definitions apply for the purposes of these Terms:

• "User" or "Member" means any person who has created or is attempting to create an account on bd888.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

Currently supported payment methods on bd888 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major banks). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200.

All deposits must be made from the member's own account or number. Deposits through third parties are strictly prohibited.

3.2 Withdrawal Methods and Timeframes

The same methods are used for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Standard withdrawal processing takes 10–45 minutes.

Withdrawals may be held if identity verification has not been completed or if bonus wagering requirements have not been met. bd888 reserves the right to carry out additional checks on any unusual transactions.

4 Bonus and Promotion Rules

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on bd888 can receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 10 times the bonus amount.

For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳2,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳3,000. To withdraw the bonus, you must place bets totalling ৳2,000 × 10 = ৳20,000.

4.2 Bonus Usage Conditions

• A member may claim a bonus only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the specified wagering requirement must be met first.
• If the balance becomes negative after a bonus is claimed, the bonus will be cancelled.
• bd888 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.
• If evidence of any abuse or exploitation of bonuses is found, the member's account may be closed.

4.3 VIP Cashback Programme

bd888's VIP programme has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Cashback is paid each week based on the member's net losses:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Cashback is calculated on the net loss, which is the week's total losses minus total winnings. Example: if a Gold member's net loss for the week is ৳20,000, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120 cashback.

5 Fair Use and Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bd888 platform:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or promotion benefits.
• Operating an account on behalf of a third party or through a proxy.
• Attempting to gain an unfair advantage by exploiting platform vulnerabilities or technical errors.
• Playing games using any kind of bot, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Harassing, threatening, or behaving improperly toward other members.
• Using or copying bd888's intellectual property without permission.

If evidence is found of involvement in any of the above activities, bd888 reserves the right to close the account immediately and forfeit the associated balance. The matter may be reported to law enforcement authorities if necessary.

6 Privacy and Data Protection

• Extended inactivity (no login for 12 consecutive months).
• Self-exclusion at the member's own request.

8.2 Account Closure Request by a Member

Any member may contact the support team to request closure of their account. Before the account is closed, the member will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining valid balance through the standard process.

The Bengali version of these Terms is the original and definitive version. In the event of any conflict in a translated version, the Bengali version will prevail.
